Jigoku Shoujo

Somewhere in the vast sea of the Internet, there's a website that can only be accessed at the stroke of midnight. Known as the Jigoku Tsushin, rumor has it that if you post a grudge there, the Jigoku Shoujo will appear and drag whoever torments you into the inferno. Very little is known about the girl - all we know for sure is that she lives with her equally enigmatic grandmother, that three magical straw dolls accompany and serve her, and that whenever a posting on the Jigoku Tsushin moves her, she becomes the Jigoku Shoujo.

"Ippen... shinde miru?" (Wanna try dying this once?) Enma Ai is always whispering with her beautiful voice. Jigoku Shoujo is not only horror, it's also heart breaking and exciting in its own way. After three seasons there was an end - too bad! I could watch Jigoku Shoujo forever.

Apart from the fantastic art work (really, look at those pictures... it's amazing!) I admire the idea of the story which couldn't have been implemented better! Imagine you go on a website, type the name of the person you hate and as soon as you wish... this person is dead. There are pretty good imitations of this website! It looks so real! http://jigokutsushin.co.nr/

I like the questions and secrets which you only get, when you watch it till the end and keep an eye on the right things. Jigoku Shoujo is like a rolling snowball: it starts slowely and you don't really get the story and time after time you realize more things and THEN there's one plot twist after another... wow!

The first season was amazing! But the secound was even better! To be honest, the secound season was my favorite (it made me cry one time omg ♥). The third season was too much. I can recommend to watch all three seasons, because they are pretty good and stuff, but don't expect too much from the third one. It's just the old shit from before (but not bad anyways).
